These terms apply when you book a ride with Perfect Timing Transportation, a licensed and insured black car service operating across New Jersey.
Bookings and pricing
Rates are confirmed at the time of booking and are flat-rate for the trip you request. Changes to pickup location, drop-off location, or timing after booking may change your rate — your dispatcher will confirm any change before it applies.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed by your dispatcher at the time of booking and will be communicated to you before your ride is finalized. Flight tracking and wait time
For airport transfers, we track your flight and adjust pickup timing for delays and early landings. Included wait time after landing is confirmed by your dispatcher for your specific flight and airport.
Gratuity
Whether gratuity is included in your flat rate is confirmed by your dispatcher when you book, so there are no surprises at drop-off.
Conduct and safety
Chauffeurs are NJ-licensed and vehicles are inspected. We ask passengers to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect; we reserve the right to end a trip early in cases of unsafe or abusive behavior, with no refund for the unused portion of the ride.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, airport operations, or other circumstances outside our control, though we will make reasonable efforts to adjust your pickup accordingly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to bookings made after the “last updated” date above.
