When you book a ride or reach out to us, we collect what you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time of travel, and — for airport transfers — your flight number. If you pay online, payment details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm your booking, assign a chauffeur, track your flight for airport pickups, contact you about your ride, and respond to questions. Corporate account information is also used to prepare consolidated invoicing.
Who we share it with
Your trip details are shared with the chauffeur assigned to your ride and our dispatch team. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information when required by law or to protect the safety of passengers and drivers.
